Noble Champagne Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2005 is an exclusively Chardonnay blend, mainly from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs. Only the noblest juices, extracted from the first press, are vinified without malolactic fermentation, according to the original Champagne winemaking method.
