Noble Champagne de Blancs Vintage 2008 is a blend made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, sourced primarily from the Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs. Only the finest juices, extracted from the first pressing, are vinified without malolactic fermentation, following the traditional Champagne winemaking method.

A delicately aromatic bouquet in which powdery notes of white flowers harmoniously intertwine with fruity citrus aromas. Subtle hints of honey enrich this palette, adding roundness and depth.
The palate is both intense and precise, opening with fruity notes of pear and citrus. These aromas unfold with finesse, giving way to mineral notes—the true hallmarks of this vintage.
