Jun Tanaka

Owner of The Ninth restaurant on Charlotte St in London's Fitzrovia district, Jun Tanaka is a renowned Michelin-starred Chef. Opened in 2015, The Ninth was imagined as a casual neighborhood restaurant and a unique haute-gastronomy venue around Mediterranean-influenced cuisine crafted from seasonal produce.

"Maison Lanson's values of openness, creativity, transparency and loyalty resonate with us. Since opening The Ninth restaurant in 2015, we have put our team first and are committed to creating a company culture in which the team feels valued, fulfilled and inspired."

His encounter with Maison Lanson gives rise to a dialogue between the Chef's traditional influences and the longevity of the Champagne terroir.

"Chef Jun Tanaka offers refined French cuisine that combines quality, flavors and modernity. There's a lot of resonance with our creative approach: the selection of the best products, the development of the recipe, right through to the emotion sought during tasting. It's all about sharing.
