Beatriz Gonzalez
From her childhood spent in the kitchen of her family's restaurant in Cozumel, an island paradise opposite Cancùn, to her professional success in Paris, Chef Beatriz Gonzalez has succeeded in imposing her refined vision of cuisine. Since 2012, this Franco-Mexican creator has been working alongside pastry chef Yannick Tranchant at Neva Cuisine, as well as at Coretta, a gourmet temple that attracts enthusiasts in the 17th arrondissement. Her childhood spent in Mexico is bathed in gustatory memories that inspire his sunny, colorful cuisine, subtly combining the traces of French cuisine and the influences of flavors brought back from his travels.
"The freshness and vitality of Lanson Champagnes are a perfect match for my cuisine. This harmony becomes a source of sharing and emotions."
In 2022, Beatriz Gonzalez became the Ambassador for Maison Lanson and its gourmet cuvées, Le Blanc de Blancs Le Black Réserve. The chef showcases them in her two Parisian restaurants, Coretta (17th arrondissement) and Neva Cuisine (8th arrondissement), where they complement her citrus-infused cuisine. Together, Beatriz Gonzalez and Lanson express a love for the terroir, a commitment to craftsmanship, a spirit of sharing, and a desire to delight.
