GENDER EQUALITY INDEX
In accordance with legal and regulatory provisions aimed at eliminating pay gaps between men and women within the company, Champagne LANSON has calculated its Gender Equality Index for the year 2025 based on data from 2024, and has obtained an overall score of 89/100, broken down by indicator as follows:
- The gender pay gap, calculated on the basis of women's average pay compared with men's, by age group and equivalent job category (39 points out of 40);
- The gap in the rate of individual salary increases between women and men (25 points out of 35);
- The percentage of employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave, if raises were granted during the period in which the leave was taken (15 points out of 15);
- The number of employees of the under-represented gender among the ten highest-paid employees (10 points out of 10).
