Professional equality index

In accordance with legal and regulatory provisions aimed at eliminating the gender pay gap within the company, Champagne LANSON has calculated its Gender Equality Index for 2026 based on 2025 data and achieved an overall score of 97/100, broken down by indicator as follows:


- The pay gap between women and men, calculated as the ratio of women's average pay
to men's average pay, by age group and by category of equivalent positions (37 out of 40 points);

- The gap in individual pay raise rates between women and men (35 out of 35);

- The percentage of female employees who received a raise within one year of returning from maternity leave, provided that raises were granted during the period in which the leave was taken (15 out of 15 points);

- The number of employees of the under-represented gender among the ten highest earners (10 points out of 10).
