The Championships, Wimbledon 2024

Founded on July 3, 1877 in London's eponymous district, Wimbledon is the oldest tennis tournament in the world and one of the 4 Grand Slams on the annual professional tennis circuit. Maison Lanson has been the official supplier to this prestigious tournament since 1977, a sincere and lasting partnership based on shared values of humility, elegance and excellence.

After nearly 50 years of collaboration, Lanson is an integral part of the Wimbledon experience, and the 2024 edition will feature the House's signature cuvée Le Black Création and the new cuvée Le Rosé Création.

Once again, Lanson champagne will be served exclusively in all bars and hospitality suites at the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club, offering participants the perfect accompaniment to the famous strawberries and cream.

Champagne Lanson x Paula Pastry

This year, Maison Lanson invites tennis and gastronomy aficionados to discover Le Rosé Création with a pastry by Paula Pastry.

Paula Stakelum, better known as Paula Pastry, was voted Best Pastry Chef 2023 by Food and Wine Ireland, and is Global Director of Chocolate and Patisserie for the Red Carnation group of hotels. She has now created a pastry for Le Rosé Création 67. Entitled "Sweet Serve Tennis", Paula Pastry's sweet creation resembles a thin tartlet topped with a tennis ball, in a nod to Wimbledon. Available as a limited edition from July 1 to 14 at "The Leopard" bar in "The Rubens at the Palace", the pastry is the perfect accompaniment to a flute of Rosé Creation, while you enjoy the live coverage of the matches.

The Wimbledon x Lanson picnic

Wimbledon, the world's most iconic tennis tournament, is also synonymous with strawberries and cream and picnics on the grass. To bring the Wimbledon experience home, Lanson has teamed up with British Fine Foods to create picnic baskets featuring Le Black Création.

With its aromas and flavors of citrus, William pear and ripe orchard fruit, combined with the freshness of the cuvée, Le Black Création is a perfect match for the various baskets available. Presented in a box in the colors of Wimbledon, the baskets are valid for two people and available in classic, vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free versions, on sale from July 1 to 14 on the British Fine Foods website (Lanson Vegan Afternoon Tea - British Fine Foods) .
