NOBLE Champagne embodies the quest for excellence of Maison Lanson. With absolute rigor, they select the purest juices and vinify them according to the original Champagne method, without malolactic fermentation, in order to create great vintages that travel gracefully through the years. As the exceptional character of great wines is expressed over time, Hervé Dantan, Winemaker at Maison Lanson, chose to age Noble Champagne in cellars for almost two decades before presenting the 2005 vintage, one of the oldest vintages currently on the market.
