ELLE à Table magazine and Maison Lanson join forces for the winter edition of La Nuits des Chefs. Under the headings "bistrots d'auteurs", "nouvelles tables prometteuses", "pépites confidentielles" and "expériences sur mesure imaginées spécialement pour l'occasion", some thirty restaurants in Paris and the provinces have been selected for the occasion.

For one evening only, discover an exclusive menu created by our chefs around Lanson Champagnes, and in particular the emblematic Le Black Création cuvée.

DISCOVER MAISON LANSON AT THE GRAND TASTING

Maison Lanson will be at the Grand Tasting on November 29th and 30th at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris.
Our teams will welcome you on STAND 50 to help you (re)discover the House's cuvées, including our latest: Le Rosé Création 67.

On the occasion of this event, Hervé Dantan, the House's Chef de Caves, will offer a masterclass on November 29 at 12pm, focusing on Lanson Vintages with Le Vintage 2013 and three exceptional Vintages from the Lanson Vintage Collection: 1996, 1985 and 1976.

MAISON LANSON UNVEILS THE NEW VINTAGE OF ITS PRESTIGE CUVEE: NOBLE CHAMPAGNE 2005

NOBLE Champagne embodies the quest for excellence of Maison Lanson. With absolute rigor, they select the purest juices and vinify them according to the original Champagne method, without malolactic fermentation, in order to create great vintages that travel gracefully through the years. As the exceptional character of great wines is expressed over time, Hervé Dantan, Winemaker at Maison Lanson, chose to age Noble Champagne in cellars for almost two decades before presenting the 2005 vintage, one of the oldest vintages currently on the market.
